     Welcome to The Technical Support Home for Cheetah, from NPG Cable!
This guide will assist you with simple troublshooting methods that you can do at home while avoiding long hold times that may occur while calling for support. Many of the instructions given in this guide can repair any troubles you may be having with your modem or network connections. Please remember that our tech support can only assist with troubles on OUR network. If there is a problem with your computer or operating system, or if a particular program will not open, you will need to contact either the manufacturer of your computer (Dell, Gateway, etc...) or contact a local computer repair shop for instructions. To begin, please select your current operating system. If you're unsure, RIGHT-CLICK on "My Computer" and LEFT-CLICK "Properties." The operating system will be listed in the description, and you may then select below:
