With a Macintosh computer, you can only use the integrated ethernet port to connect your computer. You CANNOT use the built in USB port on the back of the modem, therefore you cannot reinstall your modem on an Apple machine. If you are having trouble with the LAN adapter, we recommend contacting Apple Technical Support, as the LAN would have been integrated with the computer.
